Even the VENDING MACHINES steal your money -nothing comes out. The place is in so much debt - 100s of millions.

I requested to file a grievance and the security crew admitted my only recourse was to post on social media! DO NOT GO HERE. Surveillance showed this but 'could not identify the type of bill put in.' The extremely rude 'manager' SKYA refused to reimburse me, treated me like a criminal and said NOTHING could be done. 4 others came over to ' help' but stood around w/o explanation. I put $100 in a slot machine that immediately malfunctioned and notified an attendant who 'looked' for over an hour as I stood there calmly. There are cheaper forms of entertainment without the harrassment. If someone cashes out their cash and walks away forgetting to grab their ticket, the Asian people rush up to the machine as the next cutomer is stepping up and grabs the ticket stating, 'Tank-yu'! My buddy nearly assaulted one of these idiots getting in his space like that!! No employees address this issue either!!! Then my buddy had to take his change ticket and stand in the Cashier line to get his change!?!? We decided to stop going. The Change machines only gives cash now and not your change too (you get a ticket for amounts under a dollar) these people wait for genuine customers to cashout and walk away. The ones that don't, sit in many of the seats of games that we and many others wanted to play! They watch us play and STAND BEHND US AS WE'RE PLAYING!?!? Its extremely annoying!! Others, stalk the Change machines that you take your ticket to exchange for cash. Some of the people gamble but many do not. We were told that Asians are bused up daily from the city. I used to go to the old casino atleast once a week until we were forced to go to Resorts World.
